September 4th -- Shap, Cumbria

The C walk followed the coast to coast path across the fields and over the M6. Then turned west, skirting Hardendale Nab on to the village of Hardendale and picked up the access road which skirts the Quarry. Rejoining the coast to coast just outside Oddendale we returned to Shap.
